Return Eligibility

  1. Products Eligible for Return:

    • Incorrect items delivered compared to the original order.
  1. Conditions for Returns:
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Products:
    • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper installation.
    • Customized products or items marked as non-returnable during purchase.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone, providing:
    • Order ID
    • Date of Purchase
    • Reason for Return (with images of the defect/damage if applicable)
  • After approval, our team will coordinate the product pick-up or guide you to ship the item back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.
  • A full refund will be issued for canceled orders.

Warranty

  • Products covered under warranty will follow the respective warranty terms for repairs or replacements.
